Job Summary

We are seeking mature, caring and dependable person to help a senior with Dementia who lives in Bloomington, Minnesota to safely remain in their home with companionship, homemaking, bathing and dressing assistance and more.

Required: Must be able to work every other weekend (2 weekends a month)

Personal or Professional experience preferred but not required - as we provide support and training that goes beyond what is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Incidental transportation / errands
• Meal preparation
• Bathing and dressing assistance
• Medication reminders
• Conversation and companionship
• Dementia Care

Qualifications and Skills

• High school or equivalent
• Current Minnesota driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Able to pass a criminal background check, DMV check
• Must be able to read, write, speak & understand the English language
• Possess excellent communication skills
• 2 Step TB test (Mantoux)
